1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Get100Apps ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Get100Apps is an automated job application service that:
- Applies to job postings on your behalf
- Generates customized cover letters
- Tracks your job applications
- Notifies you of results
3. USER ACCOUNTS AND AUTHORIZATION
3.1 Account Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.3 Service Authorization
By using our Service, you authorize Get100Apps to:
- Access job boards using your provided credentials
- Submit job applications on your behalf
- Generate and submit cover letters using your resume information
- Track application responses
Important: You acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of third-party job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek, etc.).
4. FREE TRIAL AND PRICING
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive 20 free job applications.
4.2 Pay-Per-Interview Pricing
After the free trial:
- $10 per verified interview invite
- No charge for applications that don't result in interviews
4.3 Payment Method
You must provide a payment method to continue beyond 20 applications.
4.4 Billing
Monthly invoices are sent via Stripe and automatically charged to your payment method.
5. INTERVIEW VERIFICATION
5.1 Verification Methods
Interview invites must be verified by:
- Forwarding the interview email to interviews@get100apps.com, OR
- Marking the interview in your dashboard
5.2 Our Rights
We reserve the right to verify interview invites to prevent fraud.
5.3 Consequences
False interview reports may result in account suspension.
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you don't receive at least 5 interview invites in your first 7 days of paid use, we will refund 100% of charges. No questions asked.
6.2 After 7 Days
All charges are final and non-refundable.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Your Responsibilities
- Providing accurate resume information
- Selecting appropriate job preferences
- Managing your interview schedule
- Responding to interview invites promptly
Warning: You acknowledge that applying to many jobs may result in more interview invites than you can attend.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial
- Provide false information
- Reverse engineer or copy our Service
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
8. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
8.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Any specific number of applications sent
- Any specific number of interview invites
- That you will be hired
8.2 Factors Affecting Success
Application success depends on many factors including:
- Your resume quality
- Your qualifications
- Market conditions
- Job board functionality
8.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible if third-party job boards block or limit our service.
9. DATA AND PRIVACY
We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We store your resume, contact information, and job preferences securely.
We will never share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET100APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
11.1 Our Rights
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false information
- Abuse the Service
- Fail to pay amounts owed
11.2 Your Rights
You may cancel your account at any time.
11.3 Post-Termination
Upon termination, you remain responsible for all charges incurred.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
